"Do not trust the pictures."

The photos do not match the actual condition of the room. My wife and I had just finished a 2.5-day backpacking trip and wanted to end our vacation in Hot Springs with a relaxing stay specifically, one with a jacuzzi. This listing looked like a good last-minute deal. The moment we walked in, we were shocked. The AC hadn't been on in who knows how long, and the room was rough all around. The jacuzzi area was clearly a cheap add-on, with outdated 1980s vinyl walls and ceiling. The tub looked like it had never been properly cleaned. The room never cooled down because the jacuzzi addition was so poorly built. I asked for a refund, but they said they couldn’t issue one since we booked through Hotels.com. Instead, they offered us a non-jacuzzi room that actually had working AC. We took it because it was late—but it was basically the same room, just without the tub. The next morning, I found a big cockroach in the bathtub. It wasn’t there the night before. Do NOT book here. The photos are misleading, and the place is in bad shape. I wish I had thought to take pictures.

How close it was to Magic Springs

Everything. Horrible. The room was very hot. The tub was nasty. The room looked like it was still being remodeled. No breakfast. No room phone. No wifi. And they charge so many outrageous fees that are not mentioned till after you pickup your room key.

"Won’t be coming back unless price drop"

The hot tub was nice and pool view.

The staff is rude. Some of the rooms are dirty and smell bad and 130$ a night is crazy.

Has vents that go all the way through the rooms. Has a attic entrance over my shower. Did not feel safe. They always give me the same room. It's strange at times

That they had a hot tub in the room…

The front desk, lady she was rude. Hot tub was dirty. smelled really bad. I look like black mold on the ceiling. They definitely need eco visit forsure.
