Cold air clean room

These people are about as rude as it gets. Asking for a late check out offended them so bad it's ridiculous. Checkout is at 11:00 am so at noon it will be $20 per hour. This place doesn't want your business and it's a dump as well.

The rooms are not as advertised. It still needs work. My girlfriend got ate up all night to where she had blisters. The hotel has potential, but needs alot of remodeling. The bed sheets were dirty and had hair and stains on it. The smoke detector was off the wall in and just sitting in a spot that should have been a second drawer but it was an opened spot that was missing the whole front part. The wall had a hole in it and this was the second room cause the first room was horrible dirty bed sheets kids writing all on the wall. Red food stains that stands on onside the bed box spring. NEEDS WORK!!

Short distance to Ron Coleman Mine. Owners were mean and nasty when we were leaving and told them my son was bitten while in bed second night of 2. Response was well why didn’t you leave!

Owners were HORRIBLE. Start with place was filthy beyond words. See photos. Tub backed up with dirty water. Maintenance unclogged drain AND volunteered showing us what he pulled out. Floors sticky, chairs crusted, remote busted, trash behind toilet, stained bathroom walls, clearly visible dried food on walls, towels and sheets stained, we slept on top of blankets we had to go buy, light switches were caked in nastiness. 2 night stay. Before check out, I sent a dm to owner that my son was bitten multiple times, they should spray for bugs. I stop at office upon leaving to give key card and say hey my kid was bitten last night. Male owner instantly gets nasty stating “I saw your review” I said I sent you a direct message I did not write a review. I wanted to let you know you should spray, my son has bites. Male owner comes out from office angry and loud stating “why didn’t you leave after first night” my response was clear and calm, he was bitten last night. Wife comes out as my son comes into office. I show his bites, male owner starts pointing at scars on his legs saying it’s chiggers from forest. I asked why were you so nasty to me. He puts his hands together in prayer and says so sorry 😳 like seriously. We did nothing wrong. I wasn’t going to review this place simply because it was so bad and on day 2 of digging for crystals I became sick so we left out vacation early. I tested positive for Covid when I returned home after an 8 hr car ride. This place was dirty, smelly and the owners treat you like you are trash for telling them what’s happening during your stay. 10 out of 10 DONT STAY AT THE RED CARPET HOTEL IN ARKANSAS only able to post 4 of 12 photos taken.

Loved for the price that their was a fridge and microwave and plenty of tv channels.

The front desk girl was amazing and friendly. The beds were kinda hard.
