"Needless to say due to the lack of concern for our comfort from the manager we will not be back."

Location

The first room was ok. The sheets were clean but the heater was so loud that we had to change rooms. The next room you could tell that the sheets had not been changed. When I told the manager about it she comes to the room and argues that there was nothing wrong with the sheets and said there were no other rooms available. She didn’t offer to change the sheets or anything.
