The location was good

Well, we got it to our room, and it had a water puddle on the floor and a steady leak from the room above. Wiped the floor, and the white towel was black from dirt, went into the bathroom to wipe up some more of the leak, and there was black mold above the base boards.

I was told I was placed in an upgraded room. I appreciated the late checkout at noon, but housekeeping still knocked early and woke me. Oh well.

But, there were still bugs on the floor, and counter top by sink was patchwork repaired. Bedspread had a burn hole in it. Curtains were hanging off the rod and I bruised my arm falling off chair trying to get them back on to close them.

Costumer service awful

"Let me count the ways" Filthy carpet with dried paint spots on it Burn holes in bedspread Shower head us 5 feet tall Tub is gross with horrible caulking, possible mold. It should be inspected by city Toilet has wrong seat Bathroom light cannot be used because attached exhaust fan is about to vibrate out of ceiling. I paid premium price for race weekend and got a piece if ___ in return.

Location and ease of checking in early then thought would be there kat was more then understanding as wanted to check in before event

Looked to me like in process of updating rooms , some lights were missing covers on walls and bathroom was a bit dated

Clean towels nice queen sized be but smell like smoke!!.. cold fridge iron and microwave..

Hell.. where do I start!..they too lazy to make my bed up on the second night!!…But did change out my towels…. took 15 flushes for toilet to flush good… toilet seat broker into!…. Rusty metal in tub just perfect for getting cuts on your feet and septic!!!mold all along the edge of the tub… when I first got their the lights didn’t come on..she had to put light bulbs in…it stank in the room… I was tired as hell and ready to go to sleep and take me a good hot sxxx… I was about to pass out…. Doooo… I guess this had to do…
