Knights Inn Indianapolis

It was the worst hotel.ive stayed at on this app. The jazzuci was broken and there was huge cracks in the mirrors. They were am hour and a half late from 3 oclock check in having our room ready. The bed frame was broke there was a broken piece in the floorboard that we both tripped on it was horrendous.

Absolute trash. Looks like drug dealer den. Broken down cars. People on drugs sitting outside. I wouldn't pay $5 let alone $150 to stay here. I'm sure I won't get my refund which is ridiculous but I left 5 minutes after arrival because I did not feel safe sleeping there!!!!!

Where do I begin? My shoes stuck to the carpet. The room smelled of cigarettes and mold. Part of the bathroom ceiling was missing. The floor was caving in and soft. The sink and tub weren't cleaned and still had hair in them. A previous guest's towel was in the bathroom. The motel towels were dingy yellow, not white. THE SMOKE DETECTOR WAS NOT ON THE WALL IN IT'S BASE. IT WASN'T IN THE ROOM AT ALL. The tv was from the 80s with only 4 channels. The wifi was non existent. They wouldn't refund our money so that we could go somewhere else. They put us in a bldg where long term people were staying and it was crowded when there were other bldgs that were open. So why not put us there? Or the in the rooms that were supposedly refurbished? There was drug dealing and prostitution going on next door to us. The pool had a tarp on it and looked like it hadn't been used in decades. The ice machine was small and the room it was in was hot and stinky. I found the morning employee dazed and asleep when I went to check out. He looked like he was on heavy drugs. Other reviews state that the staff is friendly. I found it completely the opposite. They treated me like I was a problem and they had better things to do than answer my questions. The Booking.com site states: "A breakfast is offered daily at the Indianapolis South Knights Inn and a free microwave is available in the lobby. Laundry facilities are also featured on site." NONE of that is available here. There's also no maid or cleaning service (regardless of the new rules for the coronavirus). The amenities listed on TripAdvisor are not available either.

On the website the property is stated at having free breakfast and many other things but it is nothing more than a cheap motel. The room was clean but the place just looks run down, no pictures on the walls and an outdated TV.

It was a decent hotel for the price I paid. Only things that bothered me was the sheets at cigarette burns in it leaving holes and there was no fridge or microwave in the hotel room.

Was a great stop in overnight while in town thank you

The area was bad the room was dirty and smelled the bed sheets had holes and stains we would not stay there

Nasty rooms nasty bathroom beds look like bed bugs on it I rather sleep in my clothes

Great team i even filled out an apo cuz thats how nuch i love this group of ppl working here
