Knights Inn Indianapolis

No hot water, when told man at desk was told that there was no way and that his worked fine. Another had complained of same thing but he didn't find a problem.

Like the friendliness of staff and trying to help. First room we got the lights did not work in the vanity area. This hotel looked like a bad version of a motel 6 or 8. There were no phones in the rooms, no WFI, no breakfast, not swimming pool running, holes in the floor of the second room they put us in. The price was too high for the room even if it was on a holiday weekend.

This place look like a hooker/drug infested area. I’m a very easy going person, but this hotel is DISGUSTING!!!!!!

Went to the race and needed a place to stay and this was the cheapest. It certainly was. I don’t ask for much a shower, clean towels and a bed. A little tv would be nice. This had a 27” television that everyone threw out 20 years ago, the light at the vanity flickered on and off. The lone chair under the light looked like the scene of a drug deal interrogation went bad but the the stain was way too small The towel. Not towels. But single towel was tiny suitable for a chihuahua but not any Child or adult. The AC was cold but smelled mentholy like a dehumidifier.

Terrible room. Stay away.

Too disgusting to stay there. Assigned room didn't have a lock, Room was dirty and smelled very musty. They attempted 2 other rooms and they weren't clean and smelled as well. The manager said they recently took over and were working on things. We said not what was represented on the website. He said was built in 1984 and we shouldn't rely on website for what we were actually getting. The desk clerk also stated it was "Race Week" and "they didn't have enough people to clean" We refused to stay. Another guest checking in had to come back to the desk because she didn't have a door lock and also no curtains or bathroom door. The girl at desk said she gave her the wrong room number (her key card opened 2 rooms right next to each other.

This place is a dump! We had to find last minute lodging prior to the Indy 500, and not much to choose from. It’s right next to a truck stop. I have better dog/car wash towels than what was provided. Close to White Castle and Waffle House though.

It looked like a horror movie. Everything was old and outdated. The room was drenched in cigarette smoke. I was scared to walk on the carpet barefoot, the carpet was old and deteriorated.

Very quite

Older hotel needs updating... Not bad for price...
