Knights Inn Indianapolis

The room is awful. The other hotels were sold out because of a conference. I was charged nearly $150 for a room that had holes in the mattress, plaster patches on the wall, the door seemed to have been kicked in many times. The bolt couldn’t be used. The lock was basically worthless. The couch and bed were dumpster condition at best. The comforter and bedding I wouldn’t touch. I can’t believe the owners of this Knights Inn charged so much for rooms that should be condemned. The garbage all over the lot, the weeds, the junk just added to the ambiance. But the owners were obviously cashing in on the lack of hotel rooms available due to the National gathering of the Future Farmers of America. If faced with this as an option again I would sleep in my car.

My job requires me to travel most every week and stay in different hotels. This is the worse experience at any hotel / motel. I don't fault the staff but it is just dirty and rundown and looks like it has not been cleaned for many months. I would sit on the toilet seat or even take a shower because of the condition of the shower. I bought bottled water at a gas station to use for brushing my teeth.The TV was not operating and had a cable on the floor with no connector. The bed comforter smelled of obvious smoking.

Absolutely disgusting, rooms and staff! No WiFi, the pool is empty with a broken door blocking it with “keep out” spray painted on it. We booked two rooms for GenCon, and were originally given one. We then got rooms that both smelled of smoke and had a bad AC unit. We changed one room, but it smelled like bad pine sol. After leaving for dinner and returning, the air in the main room had leaked. The little girl at the counter, Hope, was under the influence but did try and help. We went through 4 rooms that had plumbing or safety issues before we finally went door to door through the rooms and found no acceptable rooms. The manager, Jessica, would do nothing to help because she was at a party, so we blocked out credit card charge and left.

The room was gross and dirty. Didn’t even stay. Ended up going somewhere else.

There was a hole in the bathroom door, nail sticking out of the door frame, what looked like black mold on the wall in the bathroom. The tiles around the tub were caving in. This was a non smoking room, but smelled so bad. The bed like was laying on the ground. I honestly could not sleep. The room walls are paper thin so you hear everything. This is in a good location, but definitely need to renovate. The woman who helped us was very nice and extremely informative.

This is the worst hotel I have ever booked. There was holes in the floor. The power cord went threw the hole if you touched it all the power would go off. The bed had dirty sheets with cigerat burns in them. Dirt on them they had not been changed tub had rings around it. There was no hot water. Dirt under the mattress. Someone wiped there nose on the mattress skirt. Carpet was moldy. Dirty, smelled bad. I am going to report this to the health department on Monday in an effort to try and shut them down.

Nice and quiet and the staff are great.. I just wish that every company care like they do here about their customers

The room was gross not only was the floor soft in lots of places there was very very poor maintenance and the room wasn't properly cleaned with the bed had stains on sheets and someone hairs....gross wouldn't even sleep under the sheets and was cold all night. Worst stay anywhere I have ever stayed

I have to be honest. This was the worst room I've ever stayed in. It's only redeeming quality is that using Wyndham rewards I got the room for like $25 a night. Yet, if my wife and kids would have been with me I would have left. The bed didn't even have a blanket! The room was dirty/stained up. The shower had a taped up hole. A tile chunk was missing. I hope I can find the photos. The girl i checked in with seemed like she could care less I was there. The next morning I asked for more shampoo as the packet the previous day I had used. I was told by the woman then working that they didn't have shampoo or another towel. To her credit she did come by my room shortly after and give me some things she said previously they didn't have. In short if you just need a place to sleep and are a guy by yourself and you can get it real cheap, go for it. Otherwise stay away.
