It was very run down. Paint peeling from ceiling. Bed clunked every time we moved. No carpet -so that was good. Everything in room looked old and used. I just didn't rest well because i didn't feel safe. It was late when we booked and only stayed 6 hrs to sleep and left early in the morning.

In an attempt to convert a room that had been smoked in to a non-smoking room chemicals had been used. Not only were the chemicals ineffective but they left a lingering odor that stung the eyes and assaulted the nostrils. Running the AC made the room somewhat bearable.

Black mold in the room. Very poorly kept up. I would not shower in that bathroom. By far, the worst motel I have ever stayed at, and it's not even close. Dirty sheets. When I tell you the furniture was 50 years old you will think I have to be making that up, until you stay there and see for yourself. Stay far far away.

This is the only time in my whole life I have ever left a hotel because I could not stay there! There was crumbly brown dirt looking debris on top of one of the beds that continued in the same pattern all the way through the blanket, the top sheet and the fitted sheet. There was no way we could stay there. Every single surface was stained. It did not smell clean. It advertises a pool but it's actually just full of plants which I've never seen. The parking lot was unsafe and there seemed to be a lot of issues with illegal activities going on in the few seconds I was out there. The check-in desk was a small room that smelled strongly of cigarettes and while the attendant was friendly enough, they had signs posted up all over the place saying no panhandling and refunds. I'm contacting knights inn because I would not want my company's name associated with a place like this. Please don't stay here! The comfort inn 2 seconds away was less than $10 more and was a wonderful experience!

Quiet, very frw guests. Extrermly poor maintanence! Dirty furniture and very worn. Toilet paper moldy as well as wall behind toilet. Shower curtain had paint on it and was dirty! At least bed was clean and comfortable!
