AC was not on in reserved room, over 90° in room. Stains on all furnishings. No coffee in room. This was 2 rooms both in similar condition. I tried to see if any other rooms were available that had AC running and were ready to receive guests. I was told all AC is shut off in vacant rooms. A refund of both rooms would be in order.

Not even kidding... lifter bed and three roaches crawled out and under mattress is full of small little black dots, which i was told are bed bug eggs. Muggy and uncomfortable. AC barely worked, floor was sticky... im not even picky, but this was horrendous. Left and went somewhere else and was told i have to call in to receive refund. 0/5 stars
