"Absolutely terrible"

DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked a room in November. Checked in and immediately checked out after seeing a cockroach run up the wall after turning the lights on. I went downstairs and asked for a refund and was told the manager could only process refunds and it would be taken care of in the morning. It has now almost been 2 months since I requested a refund and that request hasn't been addressed.I have called motel 6 corporate as well as booking.com to receive my refund... they claim they are waiting for approval from the manager. The same one who was supposed to give me a refund the next morning. Any time I try to call the property myself the manager is never working. Ive called day and night time hours. No response. Very frustrating. If you are considering staying here I highly recommend going else where. I'd rather sleep in my car than stay in a cockrocach infested hotel.

Not getting a refund. Dirty room with cockroaches.

That I was able to get out of there as soon as possible.

I really didn't like how small the room was and the bed was very low and uncomfortable. So I immediately checked out not knowing that I was going to be charged $94.50 and another charge for $51.66 and another charge for $63.00 That I have sent in documentation of my bank statement and the receipt that the front desk clerk gave me upon checking right back out that I was charged for. I'm fighting now to get my refund for all of these charges of which I've talked to at least 5 different Booking associates that work for Booking. Com I would like to talk to upper management to resolve this matter.
