"Rude manager and cold water n room!"

Nothing…it was an awful experience!

First day I found a roach in the bathroom. Next day, no hot water for showers… room extremely cold n had to have on 78 and still cold! I went to them and she offered another room. I went to the other room and still no water. So, I asked for my refund and we left! The manager had the nerve to say “ you haven’t ever been exposed to a roach before maam?” Like really? That’s your comment to our stay being awful? This was my husbands birthday and our anniversary and I had to leave at midnight due to their hotel. Not too happy!!!!

"It was a nice location to the Notre Dame campus but because of the cleanlines, we won’t be staying again"

"Won’t stay again"

No hot water for shower the afternoon I checked in, next morning went to lobby for coffee and was informed that they only make 1 dispenser of coffee and once it’s gone, no more coffee, couldn’t even get a cup of coffee, terrible
