Location

Only stayed 5 minutes. Condoms on the desk. Dirty sock in the bed. Room next door open staring at us, did not feel safe

"Good and practical for our purposes."

Easy & clean first floor Motel. Very economical. Plenty of hot water. Great for a place to sleep & shower while attending the alpaca show at the State Fair Grounds. Beds & pillows were very comfortable.

No housekeeping to make beds & refresh towels. Breakfast was not early enough so we did not go. Opened at 7am. Check in person was behind glass in sealed room, which was not very welcoming. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. No phone to call the office. Alarm clock did not work. Felt "cheesy" & "cheap" to pay required $100 deposit. This is definity a put off if the Motel is interested in attracting respectable working folks & families traveling to Syracuse.

"The worst stay ever!"

There was nothing to like.

The Days Inn in Liverpool Syracuse was filthy, unsafe, and full of bugs. There were no proper locks on the doors, and I couldn’t sleep because of how uncomfortable and unsanitary it was. No breakfast was provided as advertised, and I deserve to be compensated for this horrible experience.

The staff

The room we were in, the door hinges were loose. Making it able to lift the door up and down. The upper lock was falling off. The bathroom tub faucet was running, the knob was stripped.

The TV didn't work at first, the TV remote didn't work, the toilet ran the whole time, the fold out bed didn't have any linens even though the description said two full beds, and the continental breakfast had three bagels, two pieces of bread and possibly four bowls of cereal. Not to mention a single gallon of milk for all the customers. I'm not sure if I'll use booking.com for hotel reservations anymore.
