Room is clean

It says it comes with breakfast but don't expect it. The conference room where the food is at is filthy , days old bagel, no coffee in a filthy dispenser, unsure about those cereal.

When I walked into the room, it smelled like a chain smoker had lived in the room for 30 years. The walls and carpets were as dirty as I have seen and there were several flies in the room. The parking lot was full of cigarette butts and the toilet was broken. I immediately told the clerk that I could not stay there due to health reasons. So, I basically checked in and then left to find another hotel. Hotels.com is trying to help me get my money back since I did not stay in the room. The hotel has not been cooperative and they have not refunded my money yet.

Location was very good for our needs. Bed was comfortable, it was clean.

It looks like it’s been renovated recently, but whoever did the painting job was really sloppy. Definitely not professionally done. also, the light switches when you first walked in the room did not function, and the one and only outlet in the bathroom did not work for plugging in my hairdryer or curling iron so I had to go out into the other room where the lighting in front of the mirror was terrible. Also, the refrigerator was not in the designated cabinet for a refrigerator. It was over on the wall next to the side of the bed which made for a tight area getting around that the breakfast was meager and the coffee was undrinkable.

I’ve never paid $200 dollars a night to stay in an old refurbished motor inn. Hadn’t been painted in years. People digging through the trash. Room didn’t get cleaned once in three nights there.

Used sheets, people coming to your door in middle of night. Very old and not kept up!!

No remote for the TV in the room, had to go to the office twice to get one that worked. No guide for the TV stations. Did not answer my text when I needed something. Clock in room did not work, no phone to call front desk, especially when occupants in room next to me came in at 2:45 AM making 20 minutes of LOUD taking outside of room and then proceeding to slam around the room for an hour after entering. Freezer in refrigerator was caked so thick with ice, you couldn't fir anything in it.

'Non-smoking' room smelled like a dirty ashtray.

The facility was dirty. There cobwebs and bugs crawling over the floor and drapes. There bed sheets were dirty and stained. I asked for clean sheets and was given Queen sized sheets when I had a king bed. I reached out to front desk they said they had none. They eventually changed the room but other than the sheets that were a bit cleaner the new room was worse when it comes to cleanliness. The toilet, water and shower were dirty. I had to purchase bottled water at a local store to wash off. Thé person next door was smoking and playing loud music well beyond 2 am. I was concerned for my safety health wise and otherwise. The staff became rude and made no effort to remedy the situation. This was horrible. I had nearly no sleep for 2 nights.

On check in room 1 and 2 broken bed with sharp edges, rooms 3, 4 and 5 smoke odors, room 6 soap dispenser hanging from the wall, room 7, four days trying to get a working remote with no success, the staff reluctant to do anything. Debris and trash on the ground outside of the rooms. This was a smoke free facility according to the documentation and signs.
