We ended up leaving the room. The room was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen! There were mice flies dirty just plan nasty. I would not allow my pet to sleep in that Filth!

Absolutely disgusting! Mouse droppings everywhere and would not offer refund. Unacceptable! Was in room less than 5 minutes. Poor front desk attendant got stuck with this situation. Owners are cheapskates and have NO customer service skills. Apparently expecting people that book your most expensive room to downgrade in rooms with no compensation and feel comfortable and not disgusted is what these worthless owners expect. They should expect a visit from the health department because they will be knocking at their door soon enough. They denied there were mice droppings. Here's the proof! Your front desk attendant even saw the proof in the bathroom. Liars and cheapskate!!! Beware. Go down the road.

This was not a hotel. This is a motel. Air didn’t work. Remote didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Continental breakfast was donuts and coffee. Stairs not safe. We had one towel. Bed moved if you barely moved. Staff was nice but would not recommend unless just want cheap place to stay.

The rooms was super clean and smelled good. Friendly staff . We will stay again.The owners was very nice and the lady housekeeper she was very helpful. This motel is quite at night and the beds are really comfy

This was the best little stay we could have asked for. The view was great. Front desk staff was amazing...and the real macaws were a treat for our nugget. She loved talking with Leon & Apollo & meeting the baby macaw. She enjoyed the donuts in the morning & her conversations with James as well. Momma would have preferred to have more for breakfast than donuts. Otherwise, we took pics with the beautiful painted wings to add to her collection of pics. We would absolutely love to stay again. Thank you!

Room was dirty, front door has gap at bottom, mold in bathroom, neighbors in next room fought and argued all night, kids screaming all night.

The whole place was nasty the door would only half lock and had a gap in to where you could see out the bathroom was very unclean the water in the sink and tub ran all the time and no hot water and people out on the lot playing loud music all night it just sucked all the way around 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Disapointing ,however the staff tried .The place is just too old with too many problems.

Check in was fine. Was shown 3 different rooms to choose from. As I sat in the room kept noticing how dirty everything was. Shoe scuff marks all over walls. Old dirty. Saw on housekeepers spiral binder someone complained of bed bugs. That was it. I was out of there.
