I had room for two nights and room was not refreshed had to ask for towels and empty own trash
AC, TV, refrigerator all worked. Everything clean.
I have stayed at the Atlanta East location several times.. Descent accommodations, king size bed, flat screen TV, fax machine, 24 hour vending and morning coffee.. Staff is nice and trys to be as helpful as possible keeping things stocked and recommending things to do in the area..
BEDBUGS!!!!! The floor by the bathroom had a dip in it like it was going to collapse. And the fixture in the tub fell off during my shower. HORRIBLE. They kno about the bugs!
All i can say is it was clean. The bed was lumpy, bathroom door wouldn't close and the towel Nasser was broke. The roof is sagging. Overall i would say they need a complete update
The room was clean. The bed was a king size bed which was nice an comfortable to sleep great.
Old, disgusting, smells bad,, the bed was very uncomfortable and sheets and blanket with holes. I got bitten by bugs in this bed, the bathroom floor was sticky, Too many bad things to write and is not worth my time. I wasted my money and I had very unpleasant stay NOT HAPPY AT ALL I cannot believe Expedia endorse it
Hmmmmm. Outdated. Stayed a few hours then went to work.
We saw a giant roach the first night. I made a comment on a review site and they claimed they didn't have bugs. So when we got back late, they changed our room key so we were locked out with all our stuff inside the room. Very inconvenient. Lots of traffic noise because it's right on a main road.
It was great and comfortable. My room faced the highway, so heard trucks and sirens passing by. Mall was down the street too
