It was a relaxing stay

Rooms are very clean however the bathroom doors are having a closing issue. The Bedrooms are more welcoming than the outside of the hotel..

My stay was great. I slept comfortably and check out was easy.

When I first walked in, I was greeted with the best customer service ever. Everyone who works here, has exceptional customer service. The rooms are extremely clean. They care about all guests well-being. The landscaping is clean and well manicured, the rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds are the best. Microwave, refrigerator. Their coffee is excellent, great taste. It's worth it.

It was nice and quiet just wanted to get away for a few hours and I had no issues.

Car alarm went off at 2 am and continued every 5 minutes or so for an hour. Called the front desk to see if they could talk to the owner of the car and got an ambiguous response. Door to the bathroom didn't shut completely. Pool only open 10 am to 7 pm.

I have stayed at Knights Inn before and thought I knew what I was getting into. I stay pretty exclusively at budget hotels and this one was up there with the worst. Granted, there were no bugs or anything like that. We stayed for one night on our drive back up I-75. The room seemed fairly clean but the carpet felt pretty gross. The bathroom door did not shut all the way. For some reason there was a beer bottle opener attached to the door frame. Whoever painted the room last also half painted everything attached to the wall (hooks, towel racks, etc.) The room did have a very cold fridge and a microwave, which we did not use. The furniture was large for the room size, with just enough space to squeeze between the desk chair and bed. We checked in at 9 pm and intended to use the outdoor pool, but the hours were only 10 am to 7 pm. The a/c was not great. Our room felt damp all night. The kicker for the night was that someone's car alarm started going off at 2 am. It went off another 5 or 6 times over the next 30-45 minutes. The cars are parked right outside the rooms, so it was impossible to sleep through. The police even stopped by at one point - I heard them use their loudspeaker to talk to someone. I finally called the front desk to see if they could talk to the owner of the car and get the alarm shut off. He asked if I wanted to cancel my room, and I would have if I didn't have two kids I'd have had to drag to a new hotel at 3 am - and pay two hotels for a one night stay. Our terrible night of sleep made our 7 hour drive the next day miserable. Never again staying here.

It was excellent....the room was better than expected... And late check-out is great

Hotel was very peaceful. Ash who was the gentleman that checked us in was very polite and friendly.

The price was cheap there was no bugs in the room of course there was issues with the way the room looked but it's nothing to complain about if you're going to pay for a cheap motel the staff was super nice and friend me and I stayed there with my three girls if you're going to complain about outdated stuff or the way the bathroom or kitchen cabinets look or anything like that it's not nasty it's just outdated then need not look here you need to move on up to the hundred dollar range or so.
