I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel people deserve to know about our experience. While the front desk staff and maintenance man were very kind, helpful, and did their best to assist us, the condition of the motel itself was extremely disappointing. Our room had visible damage, including holes in the doors, and the bathtub drain was clogged and did not drain properly. There were also several questionable individuals lingering around the property, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The worst part of our stay was discovering bed bugs in the room. After finding them, we had no choice but to leave in the middle of the night and find somewhere else to stay. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown by the front desk employees and maintenance staff, but unfortunately the condition of the property made our stay unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests do not have the same experience.

I was terrified to stay there. People were hanging around outside. There were not guests of the property. Door key did not work even after checking with office. Had to have a tech work on lock. Fixtures on bathtub were nasty. Several large holes in comforter. Chairs arms were wobbly. We would not stay there again if you paid us.
