Knights Inn Austell

It's incomprehensible how anyone could rate this higher than terrible. I wouldn't send my worst my here. What hotel in Georgia doesn't have air conditioning in the lobby? Sinister types loitering in the lobby and around the front entrance. Clearly smoking pot right outside the front door. Smelled like spilled bear and was just grim and depressing.

I do not recommend this hotel. The room was not clean, furniture old, TV over 15 years old, & carpet stained. Immediately after checking in, asked for a better room. Asked for refund since I paid for 3 nights. Management was very unprofessional, did not accommodate, no refund, and no solutions provided. Part of Wyndham Rewards Club and do not plan to stay at another one of their hotels.

will worth the money. Very nice rooms. The staff is very friendly and nice. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to everything and the interstate. This is a place away from home. ...the internet is up to date and very fast

The people here couldn't have been nicer , the owner is a great guy and they care about their guest . It's clean, quite, and next to good amount of things. I will definitely be back! The beds are some of the most comfortable I have slept on . Even better than some of the big money places , it was easy to get rest here . My room had tube tv but the picture was nicer than most places with flat screens. They have showtime and all that like I said I just had a all around good experience .

Comfortable and affordable motel west of Atlanta in Austel Georgia. I had a problem with my car and needed to stay 2 to 3 hours after checkout time. The manager was accommodating and let me stay in my room as I made phone calls. In addition, I had to leave my car there the following night and he had me park it in a safe place at the property for an extra day and did not charge me. The manager was extremely helpful at a time when I needed help.

My stay here at knights inn was great. I loved the room it was spacious. The location was very convenient many restaurant near. The area was also quite. I would definitely come back. Management was very kind. I enjoyed my stay here.

We stayed here a few nights. Close to interstate, shopping, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Room service was excellent. Staff was wonderful, very helpful. Newly renovated rooms. Great place to play in the pool with kids. Definitely recommend.

I stayed here for a month and I had no problems at all. At night, it was quiet and peaceful so I got a chance to get some much needed rest. House keeping always did a good job and if you needed anything extra it was no problem. For example, when I first arrived the tv remote was acting up so I let housekeeping know and they swapped it out for me instantly. The people in the office were friendly and respectful and few times I let them know that i was going to be a little late paying, they didnt have no problem. I went swimming almost everyday and the pool always stayed clean. I'd definitely stay there again! Thanks Mike

The hotel was not a place I would stay because of the condition of the rooms. This property was poor kept. We did not stay.

Ok , I will be honest and truthful about this "hotel" . We had to stay here due to certain financial issues we were having . Me and the wife , her daughter 2 little kids, and 2 dogs . A fee of $ 35 per week for the dog . The rooms are ancient , so is the furniture , and the appliances . Th management is ok , the owner , is a real problem . We go rid of the dogs after a while , too crowded , but he still wanted the fee for it no matter what , dog or no dog . We actually had to clean the room , steam clean the carpet that was so filthy it turned your feet black . Next issue , some of the guests here are very questionable . One morning , a brawl outside the room . This place is more like skid row than anything . They actually shut off the ice machine just to irk all of us . Really nice . But the owner was the breaking point . Rude , and unwavering in his desires to collect $35 for a pet that was no longer there . It took to calling corporate Knights Inn to advise them of what he was up to . The price is low here , that attracts the questionable clientele . I'll stay in my car next time than stay here . If you like brawls , rude managers, and ancient rooms and furniture .... step right up ... they have plenty of rooms . Oh , and they also have roaches .... plenty of them ....
