"Mrs.Turner"

My husband and I visited Knights Inn Atlanta West for the week of March 6th through the 13th. Very nice hotel, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff were awefully friendly people. The rooms are very cozy, they have chairs to sit up in, a desk to work at. The frigerator is very cold and it and microwave are clean. Room has a large television with lots of good channels. Also for me the beds must be comfy, and these are very comfortable. We will defianatly stay here again.

"Most filthy motel I've ever seen"

The room was old with outdated furniture and bathroom. It was literally a place to lay my head. Well around 9:00 when I pulled the comforter back I found black dirt or something all over the sheets. There was hair as well, I'm thinking there may have been bed bugs. Upon calling the office to report the filthy sheets I was asked why I was just now seeing the dirty sheets. My response was I had just planned to go to bed and pulled back the comforter. I was told housekeeping had left at 3:00 which is check in time, so how would I have addressed this with them??? Anyway the only solution was to come to the office and pick up more sheets which were dirty as well and didn't fit the bed. You can imagine I didn't rest well on top of the comforter which I felt was the cleanest option compared to the sheets. I honestly have seen such a filthy room. I am still disgusted. When I asked for the manager in the morning, he was nowhere to be found. Please beware

"Very poor experience"

The hotel staff was very rude via telephone and in person. They wouldn't use my reward points. No shampoo/coffee in room. Comforter had burn hotels in it. Wouldn't recommend this place ever. Mygirls9599@aol.com

"What is written in the hotels.com is wrong!!"

In the description of the hotel, hotels.com said that it would have breakfast, what is completely wrong. Algo, when I asked for an extra bed, It wasn't especified for the hotel.

"Great customer service"

My family stayed here for an overnight stay. The manager was very pleasant and accommodating.The pool was very well kept and clean. Our room was comfortable and the two lounge chairs were a nice touch.The beds were comfortable and clean. We will stay here again.

"Surprised"

Talk is cheap!!! See for yourself, my family and I received excellent customer service. I will never stay at another hotel, in this area once the Knights Inn is standing. I would drive a good distance to that location for the excellent customer service and southern hospitality I recieved, 5 star service. . AAA+++. P.S. The staff was always willing to help, friendly and was extremely clean. I think they would clean twice a day if you let them. Lol

"Worse place ever"

Not only is the manager very rude. The rioms are nasty. I had to pay for two weeks and I was stuck. My red carpet had huge black stains. Every time I walked outside I was approached like I was a hooker. The lobby that served morning coffee was a no. The lobby stayed licked. The do not disturb sign meant nothing. I was turned down for my Wyndham rewards card. With my do not disturb sign the crew would knock on my window all morning. Not my door. And when I finally opened my door I agreed to fresh towels and tissue. But they would walk right by me and enter my room. I asked them to lesve they replied they have to make sure no one is hiding in bathroom. Omg. Really? I'm here working. Have made complaints to manager. He don't care. Even made complaints to customer care with no satisfaction. I'm only one person and they probably care less but people DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! It's a drug and hooker infested. And the management surely does not care as long as he's getting money.

"Old Motel"

This is an old motel. The ceilings, moldings, etc., show their age. Our king room was clean and the furniture was nice, but the carpet, chair and ottoman were stained. The mattress was very firm, too hard for our comfort. No breakfast here.
