"Roaches"

"No customer service & weird people as guests"

If you're looking for good customer service, DO NOT STAY HERE!! We had an old lady who felt threatened when she heard a noise and knocked on our door asking if everything was alright. My boyfriend and I were minding our business when this happened. After this incident, we felt unsafe due to the climate of the country. We're an interracial couple and this old white lady could've made up a story in her head and called the cops resulting in God's knows what. I requested to move my room & the owner yelled at me because as he states "there was no rooms available" there were plenty of rooms available. We did have a dog and he said there were no pet friendly rooms available so I told him I'd take my dog home; we live 12 minutes from hotel and we're only there because my house was full for Thanksgiving. The owner seemed angry and didn't believe me that I'd take my dog home so he told me I'd have to sign something saying that I was taking my dog home. Miraculously a pet friendly room came available and we ended up moving but after the owner scolded me in front of his employee. We did stay 1 more night but I had a feeling there'd be another issue and there was. The next morning upon check out I was packing up the car close to 11am and my boyfriend had to use restroom. I was sitting in a chair watching the TV and saw the time turn from 10:59 to 11am when the phone rang. On the other line was a man saying "check out is 11am and housekeeping would like to get done today". I was harassed our entire stay. This place is disgusting and I will never go back.
