they did not pay us back our security deposit on the room even though we stayed there for 1 night with no problems. They are now not responding to my emails.

I liked the location being close to the airport. I liked the staff and their congeniality. The common area was well-maintained. There was ample parking.

No attendant was available at the counter when I arrived, and the call bell was not working. There was "dirt" on the walls and baseboards. Deep cleaning monthly throughout the units is advisable for guest comfort. The bathroom had poor lighting. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. More fresh fruit and a waffle maker would be a great addition. Overall, it was decent, but there was still much room for improvement.

Nothing on a five star rating system, that was about the worst I have ever stayed in.

The bed was remarkably noisy, mattress so soft it hurt my back, the hotel was something like 20% occupied and the room was rented above mine. The second floor creaked all night as I tried to get to sleep. Lastly the face and hand towels were the filthiest I have ever seen and looked like they were permanently soiled from scrubbing the floors

After missing my flight the airline was able to rebook me with a long 12 hour layover in Ohio. The Ramada was very convenient. They offer free shuttle to and from the airport and the free breakfast was pretty decent. The room looked exactly like in the pictures. The rooms seemed to be newly renovated. If there was ever a reason I needed to be or go to Ohio I will definitely be staying here. 12 min ride to the airport and friendly staff with a free shuttle. I don’t think there’s a better deal than this one.
