"Would have much rather stayed on the Naval ship with no ac or heat with no cable like I did in the military vs stay here"

Door was jammed, walkway upstairs was filthy. The toilet seat was falling apart, walls were covered in what I assumed to be fecal matter, stains on blankets. I was met with cancellation my reservation if I wanted any money back. Whatever upgrade they’ve completed in the recent years was rushed and it reflects.

"This place is alright… If you like dirty places."

The ambience of the upstairs hallways littered with trash gave me all the expectations I needed for my room. Floors, beds, pretty much any surface was dirty and the toilet seat was broken.

"Ok stay for the money"

The location to Cleveland Airport is perfect.

We were on the second floor and to reach the room you were outside. The walkway was full of leaves. It’s February, there are no leaves, so it hasn’t been cleaned up since fall. There was a half a roll of toilet paper so of course we ran out. The room was not stocked with more. The shower/tub area was caulked and not very presentable.
