Bathroom need clean better. Tub drained slow

Breakfast and location is fine.

It was cold and there was no hot water for a shower. Also TV did not work until it was replaced.

Room was horrible only one towel, half a roll of toilet paper door didn’t lock roll in shower had mold and mildew and would flood the bathroom every time you took a shower. No microwave as advertised. Says pet friendly and after being there a week was threatened by manager to pay $145 pet fee for a cat that wasn’t even there my daughter had brought hers in a carrier the day I moved in he was a new rescue and did not remain in the room he claimed he knew there was a cat there which was untrue I had no pet it was just me alone and he made me pay for a cat that wasn’t there because he bullied me and threatened me because he said they only accepted dogs which the fee for dogs is $25 a day they charged me $35 plus tax for each day I was there is not what was advertised if I didn’t want to pay it to get off his property immediately and I reiterated I DID NOT HAVE ANY PETS BUT I WAS AFRAID OF HIM Was there a week only saw housekeeping once Management is rude and incompetent and inconsiderate to the elderly bathroom floor was filthy I had to wipe it on my hands and knees which wasn’t easy I’m 67 years old I have health issues and he threatened me so I complied I want my $145 back I told him he couldn’t do it he said he was the owner and could do whatever he wanted and I needed to pay or get off the property I left for my own safety within a few hours because I didn’t feel safe because the door didn’t lock Anyway I will never stay at a Ramada again and will tell everyone I know to steer clear of them I didn’t even get my $80 deposit back either they find every way possible to take you money Can’t add photos because I left out of fear
