Ramada by Wyndham Cleveland Airport West

I have walking problems, but I could park right in front of the door so that was a big plus. The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean and tidy no smells.

I didn’t like that there was like two men that looked homeless standing out two cars down from the my car, just standing there talking and swearing, but beside that I like that place

The beds were adequate.

There had been no maintenance in our unit. Bathroom exhaust fan cover had fallen off and was laying on the toilet upon our arrival. Reported, but not fixed during our two night stay. Bathtub appeared dirty with paint peeling off of tub. Paint on doors and frames of bathroom was peeling or missing.. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers in tub were empty. One fell off the wall when trying to use. Inadequate supply of towels for two persons upon our arrival. We were not informed that we would not receive housekeeping service during our two night stay. Breakfast items were not replenished. Several items were gone by 7:30 when we arrived. Items in food warmer were not hot. No one was cleaning tables or monitoring conditions in the breakfast room during our breakfast times.

Breakfast was quite fine. Beds were neat and clean.it is cool, calm and comfortable stay without any disturbances.

Shuttle to pickup and drop service is preferred. The corridor of the first floor can be kept clean as it is open (can’t avoid leaves from the trees).

Nothing

Bathroom was remodeled by amateurs. There were stains of some sort on the floor and tub. The tub was refinished but it was peeling.
