Knights Inn - Cleveland

Friendly staff, plenty of hot water, didn't see any bugs. Exacly what I expected, an old hotel that shows it's age so it was cheap. Just what I was looking for. Had new carpet so it didn't have that old hotel smell. If you are the type to fuss about chipped tile and outdated fixtures than I recommend you pass. This hotel is great if you are on a budget.

Car parked outside room for 1/2 hour with engine running. Proprietor had to ask them to leave. People in and out. Seemed to be some questionable activities going on

The room was infested with roach bugs, they were crawling on the bed , all around the shower i couldnt sleep after seeing bugs on the bed and all in the room. Wasted money.

All night long there was consistent noise, like drug trade going all night. Loud, busy, and could not sleep at all. Very poor.

For the price, it was good. Not a place for family is my opinion, but very restful there. Needs to be cleaned a little more before opening up to available rooms. A few roaches were around, but in all fairness, effort was made to rid the room of infestation.

Disgusting. Wish I had not spent my free night there. I'm truly disappointed that Hotels.com would partner with this place.Full of cockroaches . Soon as I opened the door they scattered across the floor. when I called the hotel manager he would not give me another room he simply told me to come to the front office and he would give me a refund however I do not have enough on my free night to get another hotel. I wouldn't go back there if they were paying me!!! And I'm upset at Hotel.com for not checking this place when the first complaint came in. And the owner came to my room and handed a bottle of bug spray. Are you serious?

I never got checked in.the worker was sleeping.he gave me a dirty look when we rang the bell.he peed his pants said there was no rooms.lost my money I paid to them. we were traveling.had to sleep at rest stop.it was so uncomfortable. we traveled from Georgia to pa.the car was so packed with clothes so got about 30 min of uncomfortable sleep. I never cried so hard in my life

The room was fine, bed was clean and comfortable, and the TV and shower worked, that's really all you need. Location and exterior appearance are the downsides, but for a guy traveling alone, it did the job. Wouldn't take a family here.
