Knights Inn - Cleveland

It was the most horrible place that I ever see, I wouldn't even put a cockroach to stay there

The room was dirty. Looked like a storeroom. Cockroaches everywhere. Broken tiles, shower, and furniture.

Not as promototed. No kitchenettes, no coffee or breakfast. When I spoke to front desk, the reply was "We get a lot of complaints from Expedia." Walls and ceiling were crudely patched. 6" long pipes jet out from wall where they used to connect to a kitchenette. I chose to stay further out of Chattanooga because of ratings and kitchenette. Better properties with better amenities exist closer to the city w/o much of a differential. The only advantage here is if you carry a trailer for work - there is good parking; otherwise - East Ridge Super 8 or Travel Lodge Hamilton place is a better value if you are considering a Wyndham property.

In the booking said free breakfast, but there is no breakfast at all. There is coffee at the reception, but coffee only is not breakfast!!!

This is an older motel that has been renovated. Our room smelled fresh-something not often found in older hotels. Beds were comfortable. Wifi and cable tv worked well! Kitchen stove top and oven were a nice plus. Not like a holiday inn, but I would gladly stay again.

First night found 2 Cockroaches! Next day we were sight seeing, came back to room found Cockroaches in the sink, on the beds and nightstand, then on the walls. Picture fell off wall and hit son in head. Found feces on the floor between bed and night stand. Lots of 'stuff' behind the nightstand. Bathtub was dirty and toilet seat dirty and stained. No Kleenex, no shampoo. When talked to managers, we were told, "...rented all the time, no one complains but you"! Checked out but because after check out time, would not return money for 22nd night even though we did not stay. Both son and granddaughter took pictures. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Very friendly staff.. Quiet motel not a lot of traffic in and out.

The pictures will tell you everything. Plus there were roaches when the lights went off!! I wanted to cry! I don't have a lot of money guess you get what you pay for. I would have left but I didn't have the money to go to another hotel.
