Knights Inn Madison Heights

This place was absolutely horrible. I’m very sorry I made this reservation. I am requesting a refund at this point and they told me they would get back with me in 24 to 78 hours. You should absolutely take this motel off of Expedia, it’s a horrible place and I could not spend the night there it looked dangerous, dirty, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Very unhappy with this reservation.

After check in we left immediately. Dirty, scary, homeless people in the corridors. Felt very unsafe.

The room was new and up to date. But the cleanliness of the room was very lacking. The bed spread and blanket looked to have many spill or liquid spots on them, it was very dusty and the floor way dirty. The area outside of the room was cluttered with boxes, vaccums and a grill.

The room was filthy and there were dead bugs in the bath tub. Walls were even filthy!

The people were very nice but it’s an old hotel that needs a lot and I mean a lot of TLC…no coffee pot, no iron/ board…beds and sheets/ covers were good…hard floors if you like em…I prefer carpet… they do have a bathroom exhaust fan! Those are disappearing for whatever sinister reason. A/C was typically loud…traffic=loud.

Very dirty rooms. Dust on the fridge. Inaccurate description online. Smelled like smoke. Unsafe area. Looks nothing like the pictures.

Estaba sucio la nevera,,había mal olor a cigarrillo que eso me causó alergia, insecto y en un brazo me picaron , el personal de adelante nada amable por que pedí reembolso para irme otro lugar no quisieron dármelo y aún así tuve que irme a otro lugar..!!

Ease of location. Good size rooms.
