REGENCY INN - CHANNELVIEW

I did not like anything really except the location was convenient.

I didn't like that they had no tv available the entire time we were there. I didn't like the condition of the room. It was dirty and very old.

It is what it is , cheap quiet you can sleep needs major deep cleaning and repairs though

Was clean, extremely well lit, quiet and felt safe.

Neighborhood seems sketchy.

Bedroom reeks of stale cigarette smoke

The location was quiet and I experienced no disturbance whilst I was there

The rooms were outdated and the door needed to be repainted.

Just location

I was only 1 minute inside the room, bad smell of cigarettes, the sheets and curtains stained and torn! A smell in the damp bed! I had to look for another hotel to sleep in because he couldn't stay in that room

Employee at the front desk was very kind. He was empathetic of what I was experiencing and made sure that I felt as though I was in the safe environment While looking for another hotel to go to

Roach infestation. Immediately left after checking in and received a full refund.
