I’d give this hotel a 0 if I could! There were flies and water bugs in my room. The cinder block walls had holes in the wall. Ceiling tiles were brown and had gaps from the frames. The curtains were hanging off the window. There were broken electrical plates- one was “fixed” with clear tape. There was soap scum in the tub. There was blue painters tape on the door to hide something. Just to sleep here 1 night, I had to take medication to make me sleep! I refused to even change my clothes or get undressed and take a shower in this room! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel away from home! I stayed the first night because I had no where else to go but I talked to the property manager Dwayne the next morning and explained this was not what I was expecting and I wanted my money back. He said he would not refute my claim with Expedia but to call them to get my money back. I got my things and handed him my room key. I called Expedia the next day and once they contacted Dwayne, he refused to refund me in full and I only got back $80. I paid $218 for 2 nights in a room I wouldn’t let an animal stay in! I thankfully took pictures before I left! If you have to stay near Burlington, Wisconsin I would recommend anyone to stay anywhere but here!! I am now disputing the room rate with my credit card company! The pictures they have of the rooms look much better than what you’re going to get! Don’t waste your money! This should be condemned and torn down to say the least!!

We only stayed one night after a concert at Alpine Valley, so really it was a few hours. We checked in before the concert, were there for under an hour, & came back to sleep. The proprietor was very friendly & welcoming. The room was decent enough, comfortable beds. The door didn’t lock real well, the deadbolt not at all. Using my travel hair dryer plugged into the wall outlet by the coffee maker blew the fuse twice, even after unplugging everything else. Overall it was good for the few hours needed.

It was fine to stay in for the night however I came home with bed bug bites.

Older motel, well maintained. Local owner, . Ive stayed in motels for 50 years of careers. Would defimutely recommend qusluty for the price

Felt unsafe, door was loose, facilities were not very clean. Found 2 different bugs on the floor and a cockroach came out of the shower drain.

Although dated, owners do a good job of providing a clean, comfortable and quiet space.
