Skyview Inn

We didnt expect anything fancy but the room cost $125 and was much worse than a Super 8 or Motel 6 for $80.Had to check in before 10 PM.Pile of old furniture outside our door. Room stank like dogs bed spread ugly and sprayed with dederizer. Complete rip off.

Some room lights didn't work but I let the front desk guy know and he said he'd fix it. Room was clean and nice.

Room needs to be updated but is clean and quiet . First appearances were alarming with location and styling of room. Matress could be improved as it was soft and weak used . Everything worked. And attendant very nice.

I was running very late due to a work schedule conflict and wasn't going to make the cut off for check in. I called to advise the front desk fearing my reservation would be canceled. The person at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I still had a room despite how late I arrived. He saved my plans for the weekend. Thanks Duane!!!

Room was a bit outdated, very noisy fridge and AC in the room that caused issues with sleeping. Wifi was not working during our stay. No breakfast and staff rarely in the office. Pretty expensive considering they offer nothing but the room, but not much options in the area.

We just came from 5 nights at the JW Marriott, so it's not a fair comparison. You get what you pay for. The owner is great. We texted back and forth about our ETA. Great communications.

The pictures are a little misleading as the room we got definitely needs some updates. All of the doors still use regular keys instead of more modern key cards. The carpet, drapes and walls are all very old and could use a refresher. It is clear they are trying to update some things as the bed and bathroom vanity appeared to be pretty new. I will say the bedding and bathroom were clean so no worries there. Air conditioning, tv, fridge, coffee maker all worked just fine as well.

Great manager - helped me out and got me the keys early when I was in a bind.
