Urbana Inn & Suites

Breakfast was great, nice clean places.

They gave us the North Woods suite which was a beautiful room. They staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We loved it. We do suggest better pillows for the rooms.

This is a remotely located facility. Maintenance on many items has been deferred. i.e. parking lot. One of the toilet paper holder spindles was missing and therefore not filled when we got to our room. Also, only one bath towel was provided for the 2 of us to use. The room entry area where suitcase was to be set and where clothes were to be hung was not lighted which made if very difficult to see into the suitcase. The lighting at the mirror above the sink was too dim to be able to shave. Breakfast was sparse. Only served cold cereal, packaged bengals, toast, a banana, an apple or a DYI waffle. All of this served on paper plates or cups.

Hotel was very affordable. Carpet in the room was very stained..it is a pet friendly hotel thou so probably the reason the carpet needs a good cleaning.

Room was very neat and clean upon arrival. Would definitly reccommend.

On top of a hill, panorama of cornfields, very calming and peaceful. Feel away from crowd and noise, yet freeway passes by.

very easy to get to off the highway and staff were excellent to deal with. quiet room and very little disturbances.
