The location was terrific for us and being near all the restaurants so we didnt have to go far. The hotel itself was exceptional staff included!

"It was really disappointing"

The room was okay. The black out curtain had stains. The bathroom fan was very dirty. The gfi outlets would not hold anything plugged in by the sink. I didnt report the issues as the snarky desk person was less than helpful with a guest in front of me. I just left. Do not think they cared.No housekeeping on the weekend. It was a holiday weekend. No towels at the pool. The staff was very unfriendly,rude and honestly useless. Woke up to water you could here running down from upstairs. Reported and the look was like what every. The excuse for towels was ridiculous. I am very observant that someone else who was checked in asked for clean towels. They acted as if they were gold. I can do with no one cleaning the room but really clean towels. No pool towels.

"The perfect hotel. Clean, comfortable, and priced fairly."

Clean, comfortable bed, great staff. Very busy area in Clarksville, with shopping and restaurants nearby. It helps to use the back entrance of the parking lot to go to a street with a traffic signal, because traffic is heavy. Hotel is one of the best. Enjoyed our stay.

Everything about the hotel is wonderful. The back parking lot entrance pavement needs some maintenance.
