Where do I begin?? I purchased a premium River view room with 2 beds. I got to the front counter and I asked to be on the 17th floor because I had paid extra to have a premium Riverview room and I wanted the upgraded room with the wood floor not the old rooms with the carpet the girl at the front desk had just helped my two sisters put them both on the 17th floor and told me there were no more room rooms. She said I can pick a floor from 6 to 15 that she wouldn’t promise that it would be more upgraded. Well, I picked the 15th floor and it had carpeting not the best. It was OK. We have enjoyed coming to this hotel for years, but this is the second year in a row where their pool is still not fixed. We bought our grandson who is only four and he really enjoyed swimming which we couldn’t do again this year. when I called to make the reservation the man said oh yes, the pool is working. The restaurant that we enjoyed having a nice dinner is still closed. He also told me it was open 😡 You’re still charging same room fees without the benefits of being able to use the hotel.

Absolute worst hotel in the Laughlin area, the hotel pool has been “under construction” for the past two years, get online it says the pool is renovated and open, the slot machines are very old and the hotel does not pay out any winning so do not waste your time going to gamble there. You’re probably better off gambling literally any other hotel, my family and I stayed here and my kids play the arcade Majority of them are broken and do not have a sign that they are broken so when we went to go ask that they took our tokens They just said oh all machines are play at your own risk, but there is no sign that says “play at your own risk“ we had a bunch of tokens left over because no machine works besides “pool tables “and our kids obviously do not play pool that we can’t even get our money back from the tokens. It is ridiculous and definitely not family oriented. I understand that a lot of Laughlin hotels are very much outdated, but this hotel in particular must have never updated since the 1800s. Do not recommend and would never stay here again!! oh and it looks like they hire people from the streets. Everyone seems to be from the Arizona side and very much cracked out… or are incest siblings. There is no intelligence within the staff. Know before you go!!!
