Laughlin River Lodge

The rooms were clean, the food spots were super cheap. Had lots of areas to relax and get work done

Tv was super outdated

Check the booking details CAREFULLY. Standard room means absolutely NO amenities (coffee, fridge, toiletries)

I was able to get into my into my room early

No coffee in room, nor complimentary coffee stations, no irons, no hairdryers, ice machine not working, parking was a nightmare, hard to get into building with the doors only opened manually. I reported my vehicle was spit on, by another customer, nothing was done. I was told i could park where I was at for 30 minutes or less……….no refrigerator to keep things cold

Big parking, big room, comfortable bed, hot water and good pressurebof water under shower. Good AC system.

No hair dryer in the room. Big queue to check-in. Bad light in the bathroom.

The location is fine.

Poor room amenities- no ice machines/buckets; no coffee maker; no refrigerator or microwave. The room was freezing cold and you couldn't turn on the heat to warm it! We didn't even stay! We left by 8pm!! They should refund!!!!

Es el primer hotel que conocí la primera vez que vine a Laughlin y me gusta mucho. Solo que a veces está muy carito.

When I reserved my room it indicated-hair dryer and iron were included in all facilities. When I arrived I asked at front desk they told me they do not provide them and that I could purchase one at a dollar store down the street -starting as low as $5. I had to drive to Walmart about 15 away to purchase north of these items -which was inconvenience. Room giving to me was on 15 floor- which after walking with my luggage -when entering the room -mattress was against the wall beds not done- room looked like it had not been used for a long time. (Pictures attached). Went back done stairs with my luggage to explain—-employee at the counter said the system indicated the room was ready. As an apology gave me a certificate for 2 SMALL COFFEES.

Was not impressed that I was given a room- which was not even ready-having to walk to the front desk again. Booking indicated hair dryer and iron were included. Which they were not even able to provide one at the front desk. They do not provide them at all- as mentioned when booking. (Pictures attached)
