Apparently your faculty has No ice vending machine and you Must go to front desk for a small bag+ , after a long day of fun dinner last stop shopping at lil gift shop for an hour, my granddaughter and stood in line for 20 minutes With NO HELP FROM FRONT DESK PERSONNEL!! An elderly custodian was the Only employee to ask if he could help !!! Outrageous!! - I took granddaughter to room and went to the gift shop to buy ice 2 Very NICE CONSERD EMPLOYEE HELPED ME - I HAD SLIP AND BROKE MY WRIST AND FOREARM AND WEARING A SPLIT UNTIL MY SURGERY MY HUSBAND AND I ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED JEANNETTE HOWARD WHATONAME

received high-quality service—not even the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at made me feel as valued as a receptionist named Robbin did. She was very pleasant and had an excellent way of interacting with guests—so much so that she spoke with her manager to get me a room upgrade at no extra cost. Believe me, if I were to return to this place, it would be because of how well I was treated and appreciated—not for the quality of the hotel itself. The young women working in the gift shop also treated me very well, so I am leaving this place feeling happy.

The general store the staff was very nice

It was run down trash all around the outside. Rooms were not clean that well there was candy I think around the baseboards. The pool was not working and the beach area looked like trash. The staff at the bar area act like they were doing you a favor by talking to you. I would not be staying there any time soon

sehr zentrale Lage in Laughlin. Kalifornien und Arizona sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ausblick auf den Colorado River ist sehr beruhigend und schön
