The property was perfect the staff fantastic there was just one issue with check in but the service recovery by the staff was fantastic

We arrived at 9am check in wasn’t until 2 which was fine we had been on a early morning flight so we went out for a walk and returned at 3pm to find the room still wasn’t ready and that check in was “just from 2pm” I did complain probably as I was tired more than anything but the staff did apologise and offer us a completely drink and the room was available before we’d even finished the drink so I can not fault the service of the staff at all maybe it should be clearer as to how check in works. I’m sure if we arrived at 2 and checkin was a hour late it wouldn’t of been a issue so it I’ll take responsibility to an extent as we’d arrived really early
