A simpatia e atenção de todos os funcionários e a localização do hotel.

O colchão estava em muito mau estado, para além das dores nas costas, acordava sempre que me mexia na cama com o barulho enorme que o colchão fazia. Os lençóis tinham um cheiro super intenso a lixívia, sei que é mil vezes preferível isso do que estarem sujos, mas na hora de dormir era super incomodativo.
