Affordable, need better cleaning

Absolute Horrible Experience with hotel with some Vanessa (supervisor/receptionist or whatever she is).... horrible person, rude, lie all the time... i don't know who hire her at all...rooms are outdated, smelly, worst beds ever, dirty and smelly hallways, they charge you for everything, JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS HALF-GHETTO HOTEL ( HOSTEL IS BETTER WORD)!

A great place to stay! Secured amd very friendly staff members! Velma and Vanessa helped me with what I needed. Very welcoming, and comfortable to talk to. Id recommend this hotel to anyone. Right in the heart of waikiki and right across is alot of good choice to eat (food truck vendor)

The pool space was dirty, jacoozi’s we’re not working, the floor in the room was dirty and wet, the air conditioning had black mold and was extremely dirty, the beds were hard as a rock, the toilet was leaking in the bathroom onto the floor most likely causing all of the wetness, had to go to the front desk for the extra towels I had called for that never came after hours of waiting, television was extremely lagged and barely worked, and the front desk woman Gene was very rude when I asked to cancel the booking/ speak to a manager after seeing all of the issues in the room she said “that’s your problem not mine” and hung up the phone.

Smaller rooms but quiet, the service was good and the price is good for a longer visit to Waikiki there are no Pool towels for sure and parking is expensive!

Staff not friendly. You have to call for everything although they have room service tag. There were ROACHES, in the room from the first day! The gym is small and dirty. I do not recommend this places.

The check-in impression should have been the first clue when no one was there at 4:30 pm, then the gentleman was rude and seemingly annoyed by having to perform a check-in service. We got up to the room and it looks NOTHING like the photos online other than the white linen on the bed. It was DIRTY in the room. Everything costs extra- like using the gym, putting your luggage in the storage room the day of check out if you need it secured for an hour or two. The only time I encountered pleasant staff was when my hotel key card was not working and I had to come all the way back down from the 24th floor, wait in line and then have it turned back on, for the hot elevator ride back up to the stinky industrial carpet palace. I wish I had looked at other review sites on this place first. Oh and if you need parking the gentleman at the desk has nothing to do with that and will tell you very quickly...and it is $50/day, cash only. Enjoy.

There was one employee that was kind. There was a man with glasses that was very rude. The rooms were the best, the first room was filthy, ac didn’t work and leaked, I assume it hadn’t been clean properly because my allergies acted up, it wasn’t till we requested another room my condition got better. Even with the other room, similar issues were presented.
