The check-in impression should have been the first clue when no one was there at 4:30 pm, then the gentleman was rude and seemingly annoyed by having to perform a check-in service. We got up to the room and it looks NOTHING like the photos online other than the white linen on the bed. It was DIRTY in the room. Everything costs extra- like using the gym, putting your luggage in the storage room the day of check out if you need it secured for an hour or two. The only time I encountered pleasant staff was when my hotel key card was not working and I had to come all the way back down from the 24th floor, wait in line and then have it turned back on, for the hot elevator ride back up to the stinky industrial carpet palace. I wish I had looked at other review sites on this place first. Oh and if you need parking the gentleman at the desk has nothing to do with that and will tell you very quickly...and it is $50/day, cash only. Enjoy.

There was one employee that was kind. There was a man with glasses that was very rude. The rooms were the best, the first room was filthy, ac didn’t work and leaked, I assume it hadn’t been clean properly because my allergies acted up, it wasn’t till we requested another room my condition got better. Even with the other room, similar issues were presented.

Absolutely gross, I have a video of my room I wish I can attach here. But I’ll describe it instead. Walking into the room there is a huge crack under the door, you can see into the room. Next the dresser door is off the hinge the dresser looked like something for free off of Facebook marketplace. The beds very uncomfortable. Looked nothing like the picture. There was a used tooth brush on the seat next to the table! Either a past guest or housekeeping. The bathroom mirror had a huge crack in it. The shower was a tiny box and water was just getting everywhere. Now this next part was my breaking point…I literally packed everything and left. ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!! The bathroom was full of the tiny ones. When I came back from my long day out there was the biggest roach on my bed….i called the front desk and he said…that’s normal? Do you need me to come get it? Bruhhhhhhhh fr??? I should’ve spent the extra 100bucks and stayed somewhere else. PLEASE DONT COME HERE!!!!! I forgot to add the doorknob to the bathroom was literally about to fall off.

It was very wonderful from the start. Had to extend my stay a few times and all assistants were kind and very helpful. Super friendly and nice sized rooms. Would definitely recommend

It is nothing like the pictures in the website

Our stay was very convenient and peaceful. We’ve enjoyed our time in the city as our abode was just a stone throw away from almost everything…shop, food trucks, hot spots and of course the beach! And getting away from the city the hotel is also very accessible to the highways. Nykky n the rest of the staff made our stay worry free and restful too. Clean pool n hot tubs were a welcome delight at end of each day. My family n I enjoyed our stay very much! Signing out from Alberta!
