was "upgraded" to room on first floor. Extremely loud with children above and guest noises through adjoining doors. Sink leaked. Low toilet, uncomfortable bed. Felt shabby.

It was ok.... It was too expensive I should have had a jacuzzi suite for what I paid for and I didn't get one
Stayed here for a volleyball tournament because it was close. People were living here, could smell marijuana in the hallways. Pool closed at 8pm. Realize they just recently reopened things due to COVID, but not a good place to stay. Cold water in shower, noise in hallways at night.
Very Comfortable And The In-Room Kitchen With Full Sized Fridge Was Lovely.
I enjoyed the stay the room was clean there pool was social distant ready and the staff provided quality service.
Customer service was great. Could do a little better with housekeeping (dusting and vacuuming) pool area is in need of some renovations. But all in all it was a pleasant stay.
