Towneplace Suites by Marriott Warren

The front-desk staff was amazing, and the accommodations were comfortable. Our situation wasn't the typical, my hubby was scheduled to have back surgery in Warren and we were staying until he was safe to travel. We couldn't have asked for more, the entire staff was very sweet and always helpful. Thank you too all of those who helped us out. You guys are awesome!

I had an immediate issue with my room not having TV signal and a light bulb didnt work in the room as well as a broken door knob but the desk attendant quickly got me a new room.

Excellent, clean and staff was very professional. She allowed us to check in early since our electricity was out.

Saman was delightful! He made my stay even better than I could imagine. We had weekend plans that required an early check-in. Saman was able to accommodate us and made the whole process smooth as silk. The room was clean and nice, well worth the stay

Room was spacious and well appointed. Bed was amazing, pillows were terrible. didn't appear that the dishes or utensils had been washed from the last time they were used. I had a 4 night stay and on day 3 requested my towels and garbage be refreshed. I was told to leave them outside my door so they could be replaced, i did, but nothing was replaced and i had to pick it up from the desk. It's in a nicer part of town but noisy from traffic. Conveniently located with ample parking. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again if i was in the area.

I just wish I could experience the breakfast but due to covid I understand the health risk but I still appreciate they provided snacks and health breakfast options like bowls of cereal, fruit bars, yogurt, milk and packets of oatmeal and etc! I also love how they proudly display all their trophies in the lobby they have been rewarded for different areas of acknowledgments for the best hotel like cleanliness, best breakfast and etc! That’s awesome! In which it it inspired me to write an review for them as well I love it and the price is very reasonable for $95 a night including taxes with a kitchen and way more in my room is definitely a win! Ill definitely be back and I’m just here for a different surrounding for my kids since they’re doing virtual school due to covid so we’re definitely relaxed and enjoyed our stay!

You can tell someone was smoking cigarettes it was just that strong the pull out sleeper couch was not clean the couch had stains in it that I could wipe off with a wet towel it was ok it’s just wasn’t what I was expecting for a suit. For it to be Covid around it just don’t Look Like they take took there time cleaning

The price was decent. The customer service was good. But my room was disgusting. I didn’t want to be one of those people who complains about everything so I didn’t address the front desk. My room smelled. And my blankets were clearly not washed. There were black stains on the white blankets and also some red stains which I’m not sure what they are and the blankets smelled. Overall I just felt gross staying in the room.
