Люди, будьте внимательны с хозяйкой этого жилья. Разработана схема: в последний день перед заездом она говорит, что отключили отопление и предлагает переехать в квартиру коллеги(подруги), которая тоже поблизости. Далее эта новая Коллега даёт адрес новой подобной квартиры. В день заезда она говорит, что эта квартира занята, а свободна трехкомнатная за такую же цену. Но вы не получите за такую же цену. Она обьявит вам не 46 тысяч теньге, как за ту самую первую, а 60 тысяч и ещё 10 депозит. Это разводилово видимо давно работает, потому что люди не могут приехать и сразу менять жилье. Они пользуются этим. Пожалуйста, будьте внимательны!
