Clarion Pointe Wenatchee

Breakfast was minimal.

They knew my name. They would great me every time I returned. They would greet me in the morning. Always asked if there was anything they could do for me or if I needed anything. Always friendly. Treated me like family.

They practice the lean philosophy and they do a great job. Things run very smoothly except breakfast. In my opinion they need a breakfast attendant. During the busy times they ran low on items and that frustrated guests.

A solid 4-star stay! It's a recently remodeled motel if you set your expectations right, and the beds are surprisingly very comfortable! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well, which is a perk. An easy 20 min drive from Leavenworth where we were in town for the Oktoberfest.

The blankets and the pillows had hair all over them. Not sure they had been washed. The room was laid out well and the lady at desk was nice. Breakfast was okay but could have been more options.

The front desk guy was awesome. He was so friendly. The property was good. It was obviously older with a little update, but clean and comfortable for what we needed.

The staff were very friendly, everything was well stocked, lots of little conveniences. Parking was easy. The room was spotless, the beds and pillows comfortable, noise level was totally reasonable. Pool and jacuzzi were great! We’d happily stay here again!
