* PARKING: Underground parking garage is not meant for vehicles bigger than compact size. I could barely fit my small suv into a spot * ROOM: King bed was hard, pillows were flat, no blankets on bed just a sheet. No hair dryer in room. Only one garbage can in entire room which fills up pretty fast * BATHROOM: Not enough shower towels, toilet too low, no hot water in the shower, no outlets in the bathroom BREAKFAST: Pretty good variety but ran out of several items before 9a and didn’t get replenished until after 9:45

Staff fraudulently charged my debit card.

Do not stay at this hotel. I was cheap and saw the price and was like “it couldn’t be that bad….” We got there. And it was THAT BAD. Rude staff, s****y parking, stained sheets, dog hair on the sheets, stained walls, no cover on box spring PLUS stained box springs, nobody answers the phone when you call to complain, when you leave the hotel because you cannot stay there, the person working cannot help you because they have no authority. I’m laughing my boyfriend is writing his review and he wrote “we would rather waste the $350 we spent to stay there and spend $500 on a new hotel than actually stay here”…. Just don’t book it.
