SCAMMERS! Do not stay here. The staff here are scammers who make up false claims against guests just to try and STEAL from them by charging them a bunch of extra fees. They make up that you smoked in your room just to try and charge you. Then the front desk staff will tell you what time late checkout is and give it to you only to be harassed by other employees and again charged extra fees. They are extremely shady and engaging in illegal and fraudulent behavior.

LOUD sketchy guests, hardwood floors, you will not sleep. Daytime staff also charged me $150 in damages for “smoking”, even though I don’t smoke! These particular staff members were SO RUDE, waiting outside my door and arguing with me about the late checkout time while I was trying to pack my stuff and get out! I asked the night staff if I could check out late because I’d be working late, he said yes, 12:30. The daytime staff told me I was supposed to check out at 12, I said okay sorry that’s not what I was told and rushed to leave while they waited outside. Then staff entered the room and claimed there was a cloud of smoke, which I then took a video of showing they’re LYING. How would I have time to smoke when they’re waiting outside the door?? It doesn’t even make sense. The room and vents are located right above the outdoor smoking area, I thought the whole place smelled bad. Not only that, but the drain was busted, there’s no fan or ventilation in the bathroom so there’s gotta be mold growing, the beds are rock hard, homeless people everywhere outside, not a safe area. Lastly, their key system doesn’t work, you’ll spend 10minutes fiddling with the handle just to enter the room. I had to visit the lobby 6 times because the key cards kept failing.
