tears in linoleum kitchen floor, slash in sitting chair. soap provided was inadequate, housekeeping only every 2 weeks

My room smelled as if it wasn't recently cleaned. The rooms are old and not updated. The refrigerator is old and gross because it's very stained on the outside door. The cable wont go on normally and the TV remote doesn't work even though I had the batteties changed in it. The buttons on the side of the TV don't work either. They call this a hotel but don't give you trash bins to throw anything out in. You have to take out your own trash to the dumpster way in the back of the building. They should have a disposal place somewhere on each floor. They make you pay extra to use their towels and don't give them like hotels are supposed to. They dont give you anything here that a hotel is supposed to give you. To do laundry here is expensive. It's my third day out of 31 and I hate it here already. I'm not looking forward to staying a whole month here. If I was paying the same amount in rent for a month im an apartment? My appliances would be up to date and not old and stained. I would definitely have a dishwasher.

The front desk person Micheal was extremely professional and kind.

The tub was stained, cigarette burns on the counters. The cabinets were peeling. No coffee pot.

Pet friendly and friendly say parking. Friendly desk clerk. To not very clean — kitchen floor and TV remote both dirty. No easy to make coffee in room. No plates or mugs. You can get a kit with pots & pans for an extra charge.

The room and the hotel common areas were dirty, outdated. The tv wouldn’t work on the first night thankfully the general man at the front desk was amazing and fixed our issues. The gentleman that was at the front desk on Saturday was truly amazing. Everything else at the hotel needs extreme work. Upon arrival we went straight to target to buy cleaning products to clean in deodorize the room before we even unpacked our bags. I don’t think I would return, and if I do, it would be because of the gentleman at the front desk and only because of him.

Bed was comfortable.

Nothing in the room, not even a coffee maker. No ice and no where to get any. $25.00 a day charge for dog. Have never been charged more than $10. 00 a day. They got none of my requests re a handicapped bathroom or a 1st floor room. Will never use booking.com again or stay at any place with that name on it.
