Subpar compared to other Residence Inns
We had a terrible stay. Unfortunately we had to move rooms because the air was broke in ours. Our new room had very uncomfortable beds and our tv was broken. The staff was friendly but the hotel needs some major love.
Decent breakfast. Cheap rate. Smart tv's would be nice but there was HBO and SHO. close to airport and having a gas station and McDonald's right next-door was nice.
Bathroom could have been cleaner
Staff were hospitable and offfered reliable shuttle to airport and nearby stores
I highly recommend this facility. The only disadvantage was that they did not have a pool.
I was very satisfied of the service we received. Only complaint is we were not aware of the shuttle service until our kids were coming back from a concert, but the driver let their mother ride with him to pick them up in a very anxious situation.
The staff was very friendly, especially the shuttle driver. The property could use a little upkeep but overall it was a pleasant stay.
