DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Işıl Club Ultra All Inclusive Resort

We stayed at Doubletree Işıl Club Bodrum last year (June 2024), we loved it. That's the main reason we select the same for this year.( May 2025) Hotel is located in secluded bay, gives relax feelings, everything is settled up. Location is easy to access by taxi or private transfer from Bodrum Airport or downtown Bodrum. Hotel offers free parking. You may use valet parking as well. Parking lot is limited, but enough. If it is full, you may park outside at close to the hotel. Check in is so easy. We arrived hotel in the morning, reception directed us to the breakfast until our room was ready. Room was prepared quickly, reception guy gave room key (card) after breakfast. Thank you for your action. Rooms are OK. Our room was at second floor, which offers balcony and beautiful view looking to garden. Hotel offers free cold soft drinks (Coca Cola, Fanta, Natural Spring Water) in the small refrigarator or hot drinks (coffee&tea) and safebox. Bathroom set up is enough. We loved the details of cleaning. There are just one big swimming pool available, where limited activities and animations done. Small aquapark pools are away from main pool, close to main entrance and kid's mini club. If aqua is main priority for you, this hotel may not be a good choice. Beach is very good, which offers free sunbeds on the sand, grass or decks. Sea is not warm enough as of May 2025, but it was OK for us. Catering is wonderful. Foods are great, drinks are OK. Night shows&activities such as live music and animation shows are available. We loved all performances. Guest relations is working very good, thank you for our couple of requests that done very quickly. All in all, we really enjoyed this hotel. If hotel management asks us whether we will come again, yes, as long as keep balanced price&performance. We hope to visit you again. Thank you for your services. Kind regards.

Genel olarak iyiydi

I’ve been to this hotel every year with family and it’s always such a fantastic experience and never fails to impress! All the staff are just wonderful, attentive and are always happy to help. A Turkish bath in the spa is a MUST and we love the hotel shop too. The rooms are always spotlessly clean, the bed is incredibly comfortable and modern. The food is great with plenty of choice and would recommend trying the gozleme at the elixir bar - just delicious. Overall, it was a perfect 10 days away and we’ll see you again in May!

Me and my partner stayed in late October. This was are first all inclusive and was abit worried if it was going to be too a high standard. The food was lovely and the drinks were amazing. It was end of season so it wasn’t very busy but the staff was very welcoming, especially Aslan Mehmet he was a stand out member of staff and want to give him the highest praise. There’s a bus that goes into town at the top of the road for only 2 pounds. We highly recommend and will be coming back soon.

Couldn’t escape the sound of music even right at the edge of the property. And the boom of base from the bar which closed at midnight reverberated up into the room. A shame, because the location itself was wonderful. They need to police the reserving of beach loungers in the prime spots as one couple we observed ‘reserved’ a lovely spot with their towels at 9.30am and didn’t actually lay on them until 2.20pm. This wasn’t a one-off; it was rife. Good food and good cocktails though

Had a lovely week at his hotel weather was amazing ,excellent views lovely bars and excellent cocktails in every bar around the hotel, very nice staff. Food nice but as all hotels abroad could of been hotter, not sure if it is only the English who like there food hot. Only one al a carte restaurant open maybe because so late in season, and unfortunately the night we booked it was very windy so unable to stay. Hard to find fault in this hotel apart from the let down for us was the amount of cats around and just wandering around the outside dining area and inside, sitting on chairs, there are signs asking people not to feed them so what they don't understand is beyond me people feeding them off the dining room floor I do feel this should have been monitored by the staff and guests taking there little dogs in the restaurant as well. I do like animals but I don't want to be eating my meals around them. Sort this and this would be a great hotel

I’ve just finished 5 days here on my own ( first time ever travelling solo - left family at home as am in between jobs and found a last minute offer whilst not working). Overall I think your view of the hotel would be decided by how much you originally paid to be here. I paid very little (last minute and out of season) so I am happy with the hotel. However if I had paid a lot more money to stay here (even in high season) I would probably be disappointed and would look elsewhere. Also, let’s not kid ourselves that this is a true 5-star hotel in most countries, as nice as it is… The pluses: - location - view is stunning, really well designed and landscaped hotel with brilliant access to the Aegean Sea with sun decks, quays etc - the facilities - especially tennis (four courts, great pro called Amid, who I had two brilliant lessons with), gym very good, spa, great pool and great sun deck bar for sundowners etc - the vibe - despite the service (see below) the vibe is extremely unfunny and relaxed - I like that - no fuss, laid back etc The minuses: - location (!) - it is very isolated - literally everywhere is a taxi…you can’t even walk to Torba, the local village. Sure, taxi is only £10 max to Bodrum but it’s a bit of a pain that you literally can’t walk anywhere. It is a bit of a tired property too. - service - whilst it is relaxing, the service is most definitely not 5-star. It is not attentive. There are lots of staff (even some are playing ping pong and eating with you in the restaurant in their uniform?!) but their attitude is quite abrupt tbh. - food and drink - its OK, but when I went only one restaurant and bar were open so the (average, but wide range of) food was pretty much the same every day. For an isolated all inclusive resort this was a surprise and a disappointment to me Would I come back? Only if I got the bargain end-of-season last minute deal - and then I would be happy. I suspect there are better places to stay on the peninsula.
