If you have a trained, certified service animal, prepare to be accosted each and every time you leave/enter the hotel. You will be challenged on whether you have documentation and if you have followed protocol by checking in with the front desk. Every. Time. Even by the same front desk clerks. Rooms are fine. Breakfast is terrible. Stay elsewhere if possible.

The staff was very nice. The 1st room had a very strong moldy smell. You could see mold on the curtains and the wall by the air conditioner. We moved to another room. That room you could still smell mold in that room as well. I don't recommend

"Emergency Visit to Charlston"

Last minute planning I was very nervous about this hotel because it was so affordable and not sold out. We booked one day before arrival. When we arrived first impressions mean a lot. The parking was clean and inviting with up front parking. When we walked inside the front desk gentleman provided first class service with a few extra pillows and directions on where to go. The fragrance in the hallways and elevator made my wife very happy. The room was everything we had hoped for. Clean, nice and cool on hot day. I can't say enough good things and this staff and experience during a difficult time for my family. We ended up having a great out come at the hospital...Comfort Inn made our trip very comfortable during our stay. Thank You! The Woolards
