Nice size rooms

The lady at the front desk gave us such a hard time with cleaning the rooms we had 2 separate rooms that haven’t been cleaned in 2 days when we asked her downstairs to have someone come and just change the bedding it was such a hassle she basically called us a liar saying that her house keepers stated that there was a dnd on the door however no one placed them there she was very nasty I never in my life experienced such a hard time with getting the bedding changed and fresh towels especially considering we was there for 2 days before requesting someone to change out the linen and before asking for more towels I’ll probably never stay there again

The hotel was fine and conveniently located. Our stay was for two days and the room was not cleaned, but apparently you must request that these days according to a sign that was posted in the room. For the money that travelers spend on hotels I don't agree with that policy.

Location and staff. They clean the room everyday

When we first arrived the room had an unpleasant smell but it was easily and quickly resolved

The atmosphere was very nice. Very clean.

WiFi was not the best

I stayed for 3 nights. The first night was great for sleep but the pool didn't appear to be open which was a disappointment for my granddaughter. The second night I could hear the person snoring in the room next to me. I thought the rooms had firewalls on both sides. The way the rooms are set up is your bed is on the same wall as the room next to you. The breakfast bar is great with a lot of choices (hot and cold). Staff is friendly?
